Alvaro was the listing agent for one of the best condos in Brickell. As a buyer without an agent, he returned my call promptly. I was able to see the entire process of how he handled the seller's side and me as the buyer. He did not waste my time and was on top of which offer would be a potential sale and which would not be competitive. From a buyer's perspective, that was important. Once under contract.
